SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SaltStick Australia. We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.saltstick.com.au.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:

Standard Shipping

FREE on all orders over $100 AUD
Standard shipping charges for orders under $100 AUD will be displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping

$20 AUD per order
Available to Australian delivery addresses where express delivery services are available.

Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only.

Customers who select Express Shipping will be charged the $20 Express Shipping fee regardless of the total order value.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and national public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

During major sales, product launches, promotional periods and public holidays, processing and dispatch may take longer than usual.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method and the carrier's delivery network.

Any delivery estimates displayed at checkout or provided following dispatch are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Express Shipping provides a faster delivery service but does not guarantee next-business-day delivery to all Australian locations.

Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing checkout.

We will do our best to update your delivery details before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply where an order needs to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, subject to applicable Australian consumer law.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

carrier network delays;
severe weather;
natural disasters;
public holidays;
peak shopping periods;
major promotional periods; or
transport and logistics disruptions.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at info@saltstick.com.au and we will assist with investigating the delivery.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery location and, where appropriate, with other members of your household, building or workplace.

If an order appears to have been lost in transit, we will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
